Job Title: Property Rentals Manager

Wage: $25 /hour

Job Duties:

  • Organizing and preparing contracts for general property services, and monitoring the subcontractor’s work and cost for property owners
  • Organizing repairs and/or maintenance on any properties and overseeing them on the owner’s behalf
  • Daily administrative projects and responsibilities
  • Arranging and attending meetings as required 
  • Using VRBO, Airbnb, Airbnb Luxe, Host fully and any other online booking platforms to book vacation rentals of various properties for property owners and ensure that the terms of the rental agreement are met 
  • Clientele and potential clientele relations and communication
  • Handling client and tenant concerns and complaints
  • Handle seasonal pricing for properties and make sure they are set at market value 
  • Assisting subcontractors with additional information and assistance
  • Handling Guest reviews on platforms 
  • Standard and annual Inventory of properties 
  • Guest check-ins and check-outs of properties 
  • Providing new clientele with sale pitches of services 
  • Using online platforms such as stripe, Plotoo, Dext and Asana
  • Completing customer service tasks either from guests or clients 
  • Social media ideas and implementation posts on social media accounts

Employment Requirements/work experience:

  • At least 19 years of age
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience / office experience
  • Valid English test results showing a Canadian Language Benchmark of at least 7 in all four language categories

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid class 5 drivers licence
  • Own vehicle
