We are evaluating financial risks for our clients to prepare analytical reports with recommendations pursuant to any type of financial enquiry. In addition, our company is also providing expert advise with respect to educational savings plans utilizing the government grants, saving money for post educational institutions, etc.
CURRENT EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
At this time, we are looking to hire a professional Corporate Risk Management Consultant on a full-time, permanent position to assist the company in providing our existing and future clients consulting services related to international finance and international corporate risk management. The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of experience in evaluating financial risks, preparing data compliance portfolios, analyzing and coordinating feasibility for corporate financing.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with management in assessing client’s financial portfolio and analyze economic behaviour and patterns, and devise methods for collection and analysis of data;
- Prepare feasibility and forecasts of income and expenditure, interest rates and exchange rates of international investments and may assist in preparing project reporting;
- Monitor regional and local economic trends, specifically those in the East Asian markets, and prepare legal risk assessment reports accordingly;
- Study regulatory processes and provide material in support of legal proceedings with government and other parties.
- Assist in formulating internal management systems to assess market potential of corporations set to enter the Canadian market and vice-versa;
- Assess feasibility of business proposal in order to fully develop effective business strategies aimed at balancing risks in opening and/or transferring corporations or business operations from overseas to Canada from East Asia and vice-versa;
Required Experience/Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Economics, Law, or Risk Management;
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate risk management;
- Excellent understanding of East Asian markets;
- Excellent knowledge of international investments, international corporations, international trade and intra-company transactions;
- Good working knowledge of financial risks and analyzing and coordinating investment in the financial sector;
- Ability to resolve requests, situations and underwriting or business-related issues effectively with increased complexities, timeliness and importance;
- Strong written and oral commutation skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of customers in a clear, concise and effective manner;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
Compensation and Conditions:
- $75,000.00 per year for minimum of 30-hours work week;
- Overtime pay of $72.00 will apply after 44 hours of work per week,
- Permanent, full-time position,
