ABOUT THE POSITION

We are currently looking for an experienced IT Account Manager to join our growing team! Expect daily responsibilities in coordinating ongoing technical operations and IT support initiatives for our projects while supporting all our new exciting projects!

• Design, develop, test, implement and oversee IT systems and manage resources for all IT support and staffing requirements;
• Develop quality assurance and overall system security procedures aimed at further improving new and existing clients’ systems;
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures on client sites, as requested;
• Collect and analyze data and identify area to improve and propose new infrastructure, as needed;
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of Click Tie’s solutions according to clients’ needs;
• Coordinate integration processes for efficient communication and product delivery;
• Manage day-to-day IT support requests and resolution workflow for technical operations issues;
• Responsible for overall system security and ensure that client data is secured;
• May liaise between the customer and internal teams in ensuring no discrepancies exist within the system;

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• At least a highschool diploma (Professional Diploma preferred) and 3 years of experience as IT Account Manager with excellent experience in network security and infrastructure management;
• Experience working with Microsoft Office, WordPress, Process Model, SAP, Adobe Creative Suite, Ableton Live, HTML, JavaScript, general Web Design and front-end development;
• Good English language skills
• Ability to work in a busy environment as part of a fast-paced team

WHAT WE OFFER

• Full-time permanent position
• Competitive salary package! $42.00 per hour for at least 30 hours per week. Overtime rate of $63.00 after 44 hours of work per week
