Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities
- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements for the designated account and prepare/post advertisements
- Collect and conduct all phases of the interview process.
- Effectively source and recruit applicants to generate large and qualified pool.
- Check references, background and utilize database of candidates to call and qualify applicants for employment and fill open job positions
- Respond to changes in schedules from the employers and communicate these to the candidates
- Advise job applicants on employment requirements and on terms and conditions of the employment
- Perform various administrative tasks that support the recruitment function.
- Perform support work with regards to employee relations initiatives and payroll processing.
- Maintains current data base of offer letters, independent contractor agreements, and agency agreement templates
Education and Experience Requirements
- Minimum one-year experience in the human resource sector/personnel administration is required.
- A college diploma in a field such as business administration, human resource management or equivalent work experience is required.
- Possess an understanding and working knowledge of MS Office suite to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
