– Able to communicate effectively with managers and kitchen personnel

– Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds

– Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)

– Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays

– Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

– You must be able to perform efficiently during high volume peak periods

Job Duties:

– Prepare and cook complete Italian meals or individual dishes and foods
