JOB OPENING
We are currently looking for an experienced Business and Training Management Officer who will be providing advice and support to our team with the goal of developing and implementing effective management procedures and performance. The ideal candidate will have good experience in business management delivery, process consulting, and team coaching.
POSITION DETAILS
The individual in this position will be expected to analyze operational and management methods aimed at improving internal procedures.
Your job duties include but are not limited to:
- Analyse and identify business processes and training needs using modern management methods in order to optimize staff efficiency and service and product delivery;
- Advise on reorganization of department and teams, if necessary, for efficient operations of the company or further improvements of our procedures, including hire orientation, onboarding, etc.;
- Conduct audits on management and quality assurance standards to determine effectiveness;
- Organize program coordination and support strategic plans aimed at improving current procedures in place;
- Develop and implement business strategy plans for implementation in areas of business efficiency, soft skills development, product development, human resources, communications;
- Provide guidance and quality management to achieve compliance with all local, provincial, and federal regulations and licensing requirements;
- Implement advertising campaigns, promotions, and social media marketing;
- May supervise administrative and clerical staff.
Requirements
- Any diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Human Resources, IT, or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a business management and/or training-related capacity;
- Familiarity with the beauty and personal care industry, including an understanding of trends, consumer preferences, and product knowledge, a great asset;
- Excellent English language skills, other languages will be considered as assets;
- Hands-on experience working with digital analytics, particularly Google Analytics, with the ability to report/evaluate the media performance results and drive insights for the business, an asset;
- Proficient with MS Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), WordPress, design, and publishing software, (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva);
- Experience with point of sale (POS) systems and inventory management tools is an asset.
- Willingness to traveling to various locations and or between Canada and Turkey as needed to participate in training programs and workshops.
Compensation
- Full-time, permanent position
- Hourly rate of $41.35 at 35 hours per week;
- Overtime may apply if work exceeds 44 hours per week – schedule will be discussed;
