WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

NE Aluminum, a leading provider of high-quality aluminum eavestrough installations, is seeking Eavestrough Installers to join our team. We are looking for 10 dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional workmanship and providing top-notch customer service. If you have a strong background in aluminum eavestrough installations and are committed to excellence, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

As Eavestrough Installer, you would be performing the following on a regular basis:

• Read blueprints or work order specifications to determine layout and installation procedures, including the length and placement of gutters and downspouts;
• Measure and mark guidelines of the roofline and eaves and cutting the gutter material to fit the specifications of the property;
• Install aluminum eavestrough systems efficiently and accurately on residential and commercial properties;
• Measure, cut, and shape aluminum materials to fit specific installation requirements;
• Ensure seamless integration of eavestroughs with existing structures, roofs, and drainage systems;
• Conduct necessary tests after installation for quality assurance purposes;
• Conduct post-installation clean up after job completion and ensure all invoices are signed by customer.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• On-the-job training would be provided but we need someone who is willing to learn about environmental-friendly installation materials;
• At least 7 months of experience in aluminum eavestrough installations, is preferred;
• Knowledge of tools, equipment, and techniques used in aluminum eavestrough installations, is a great asset!
• Experience working in tight spaces and ability to explain condensation issues with clients and how to prevent them are great assets to have!
• Ability to work with heavy materials (lifting will be required depending on projects)
• Good English language skills (written and oral)
• Familiarity with workplace safety, safe lifting and handling procedures
• Some secondary school is an asset but not required.

COMPENSATION AND CONDITIONS:

• Permanent, full-time position;
• $24.00 per hour, 40 hours work week;
• Occasional overtime may be required with applicable overtime pay after 44 hours of work per week;
• Location of work: Client sites across GTA
