VP, Global Talent Acquisition

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

The position is a senior leadership position that requires a diverse set of skills to effectively manage and optimize talent acquisition strategies on a global scale:

  • Create and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization’s overall business objectives;
  • Collaborate with senior management to anticipate future talent needs and develop plans to address them;
  • Develop and manage the talent acquisition budget, ensuring cost-effective recruitment strategies while maintaining quality standards;
  • Collaborate with other departments such as HR, diversity and inclusion, and business leaders to align talent acquisition efforts with organizational goals;
  • Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals across different regions and countries.
  • Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Oversee the recruitment process for executive and leadership positions on a global scale;
  • Develop strategies to enhance diversity and inclusion within the workforce, promoting a multicultural and diverse talent pool.
  • Implement and leverage advanced recruitment technologies (such as applicant tracking systems and AI tools) to enhance the efficiency of the talent acquisition process.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key talent acquisition metrics, trends, and accomplishments.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of the organization’s EVP, ensuring it aligns with the expectations of top-tier talent globally;
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in talent acquisition and encourage the team to engage in continuous learning;
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and labor market conditions globally to adapt the talent acquisition strategy accordingly.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field (personnel management, organization management, business administration, industrial relations, commerce, or psychology);
  • At least 3+ years of proven experience in corporate recruitment framework on a global scale;
  • At least 3+ years of experience in recruiting processes optimization, improvement, and documentation;
  • Ability to build, form, and train recruitment teams of various sizes;
  • Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems and automation tools;
  • Experience in IT recruitment and sourcing is a great asset;
  • Ability to inspire and motivate team members, set clear goals, and provide direction in a dynamic and evolving talent landscape;
  • Excellent English language skills;

What’s In For You:

  • Annual salary of $147,800.00 for at least 35 hours of work per week, overtime rate applies after 44 hours of work per week;
