Frame table operator – woodworking for Folkgraphis Frames

Duties and Responsibilities: As per NOC 94124 Woodworking machine operators; Frame table operator – woodworking: Set up, program and operate one or more computerized or manual woodworking machines; Fabricate or repair wooden parts for furniture, fixtures and other wood products; Operate gluing machines to glue pieces or wood together or press and affix wood veneer to wood surfaces; Operate preset special purpose woodworking machines to fabricate wood products; Read and interpret specifications or follow verbal instructions; Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment; Replace parts as required.
Equipment and machinery experience: Drills, Gluing machines, Planers, Routers, Sanders, Saws
Salary: $20.50 / hour for 30-40 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time Start Date: As soon as possible
Employment conditions: Day, Morning, Overtime
Requirements / Skills: Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Work site environment: Noisy, Dusty
