Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of electrical engineering projects, including research, design, implementation, and testing.
- Manage and coordinate the manufacturing process within our facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
- Supervise ongoing installation projects in residential and commercial settings, working closely with installation teams to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and project management, to develop project plans, allocate resources, and achieve project objectives.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide technical expertise, and address any concerns or inquiries throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and deliverables to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering roles, with demonstrated project management experience or supervisor role;
- Strong technical expertise in electrical systems, circuits, components, and control systems.
- Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, on time and within budget.
- Good English communication skills, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience in the window manufacturing or construction industry is a plus.
Compensation and Conditions:
- Permanent, full-time position;
- Annual salary of $97,000.00 for at least 30 hours work week;
- Occasional overtime may be required with applicable overtime pay after 44 hours of work per week;
- Location of work: Client sites across GTA;
- Main Office: 2770 Matheson Blvd E, Mississauga, ON-L4W 4M5.
