Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day store operations.
• Maintain accurate cash balances and complete associated reports and forms.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and maintaining optimal stock levels of ingredients, beverages, and equipment.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure efficient team performance.
• Coordinate and schedule staff shifts and conduct weekly cleaning activities.
• Prepare monthly reports and summaries for the head office.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs.
• Support marketing events.

Terms of Employment:

• Permanent full-time position
• Language of work: English
• Wage: $22-29/hour, 35 -40 hours per week
• Benefits: Ten days of annual vacation
• Location: 371 Spadina Ave., Toronto, ON M5T 2G3

Qualifications:

• Education: College diploma or equivalent experience
• Experience: Minimum of one year in a similar role
• Proficiency with electronic cash registers and MS Office
