We are looking for 3 dedicated Vehicle Coating Technicians to join the First Detailing team in Edmonton, AB. As a Vehicle Coating Technician, you would be performing the following on a regular basis:

• Prepare vehicles for film installation by thoroughly cleaning and prepping surfaces.
• Utilize basic Paint Protection Film (PPF) tools and operate the plotter machine for precise cuts.
• Prepare vehicle surfaces for vinyl installation, ensuring a smooth and flawless application.
• Wash and detail vehicle exteriors and interiors to a high standard.
• Apply ceramic coatings and other protective treatments.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1-2 years experience in vehicle detailing or a related field;
• Proven expertise in using PPF tools and plotter machines;
• Extensive knowledge of surface preparation techniques for vinyl installation;
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work;
• Proficiency in applying ceramic coatings and performing paint corrections;
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good English language skills;
• Completion of secondary school;

COMPENSATION AND CONDITIONS:

• Temporary, full-time position
• Starting rate from $ 29.50 – $32.50 per hour, at least 40 hours work week;
• Occasional overtime may be required with applicable overtime pay after 44 hours of work per week
