Job Duties

  • Lead a cross-functional team to bring new products to market.
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and the effect of competitors’ operations on sales
  • Developing product requirements and product roadmap to align with key market drivers
  • Ensure the assortment of products is kept up-to-date. Identify slow-moving stock and formulate a plan to manage it.
  • Managing the communications flow between Internal Sales and Service. Externally with Vendors, Customers, etc.
  • Monitoring the success of existing and new product launches
  • Establish growth & engagement KPIs and goals.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Growth experience at a technology company is required.
  • Negotiation and bargaining capabilities, with more than three years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working on consumer gaming products is a strong asset.
  • Exceptional data analysis skills.
  • Ability to execute against defined objectives both tactically and strategically.
  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively.
  • A great collaborator and communicator who can explain complex problems in a simple way.
  • A bias toward action and constantly pushing yourself and others toward clarity and delivery.
  • A high bar for delivering quality—from your own contributions, to the people you work with, to the products you work on.
  • Strong desire for continuous learning and growth of your skill set.

Specific Skills

  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, wholesale, retail and other establishments
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
  • Ability to read and speak Chinese is an asset

Additional Skills

  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Arrange training for staff
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
