Job Duties
- Lead a cross-functional team to bring new products to market.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and the effect of competitors’ operations on sales
- Developing product requirements and product roadmap to align with key market drivers
- Ensure the assortment of products is kept up-to-date. Identify slow-moving stock and formulate a plan to manage it.
- Managing the communications flow between Internal Sales and Service. Externally with Vendors, Customers, etc.
- Monitoring the success of existing and new product launches
- Establish growth & engagement KPIs and goals.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Growth experience at a technology company is required.
- Negotiation and bargaining capabilities, with more than three years of relevant experience.
- Experience working on consumer gaming products is a strong asset.
- Exceptional data analysis skills.
- Ability to execute against defined objectives both tactically and strategically.
- Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
- Ability to communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively.
- A great collaborator and communicator who can explain complex problems in a simple way.
- A bias toward action and constantly pushing yourself and others toward clarity and delivery.
- A high bar for delivering quality—from your own contributions, to the people you work with, to the products you work on.
- Strong desire for continuous learning and growth of your skill set.
Specific Skills
- Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, wholesale, retail and other establishments
- Organize regional and divisional sales operations
- Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
- Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
- Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
- Ability to read and speak Chinese is an asset
