Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in building maintenance duties
- On-call duties requiring assigned evenings and overnight
- High school completion
- Strong oral and written English language
Duties and Responsibilities
- Make adjustments and minor repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling and ventilating systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
- Respond to requests from residents for minor in-suite repairs
- Provide general assistance to skilled trades persons such as mechanics, electricians, plumbers and renovators
- Coordinate the preparation of vacant units for new occupants
- Ensure that security and safety measures in place are strictly adhered to in the establishment
- Manage equipment and maintenance product inventory
