We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and manage our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and creative skills, hands-on experience with digital platforms, and a proven ability to drive customer engagement and business growth through strategic campaigns.

Job Duties

  • Developing and scheduling engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms
  • Creating targeted marketing campaigns to attract new customers and promote moving services
  • Monitoring analytics and adjusting digital content to maximize impressions, engagement, and conversions
  • Managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to generate leads
  • Writing and publishing blogs and service-related content to improve organic search visibility
  • Conducting keyword research and implementing SEO strategies (on-page and off-page)
  • Maintaining and updating website content using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
  • Designing and distributing email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp
  • Performing market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align promotions with business goals
  • Responding to online inquiries and messages on social platforms professionally and promptly

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
  • Proficiency in social media management, SEO, paid ads, and digital analytics
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Suite, and CMS platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and branding consistency
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple digital projects

Compensation

  • Hourly Wage: $36.50
  • Hours per Week: 30
  • Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
  • Overtime Pay: $54.75 per hour (1.5x the regular hourly rate) for hours worked beyond 44 hours/week, as per Ontario’s Employment Standards Act
  • Benefits: Vacation pay in accordance with provincial standards; opportunities for professional growth and performance-based incentives
