We are currently looking for a Finance and Administration Director to spearhead our financial operations and administrative services.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and evaluate financial and administrative operations to support the company’s objectives;
- Direct and advise staff in finance-related matters, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis;
- Control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the organization;
- Develop and manage budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies;
- Prepare comprehensive reports and briefs for management committees; highlighting financial performance and recommendations;
- Lead the hiring process and oversee training for finance and administrative staff.
Requirements:
- Completion of a college diploma – training certificate in finance, administration or in related field is considered an asset;
- At least 3+ years of proven experience in financial management, administrative operations roles or in a related capacity;
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams;
- Good English communication skills and interpersonal abilities;
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of financial principles, budget planning, and analysis;

Compensation
- This is a full-time, permanent position!
- Starting annual salary is $85,000.00 for at least 37.50 hours per week;
- Overtime rate after 44 hours per week;
- Location of Work: 18116 102 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5S 1S7
