Job Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our growing team!

We are looking for a hard-working professional who can help us achieve more by developing and implementing the best possible strategies.

Job Duties:

  • Establish and Implement Policies: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Office Procedures and Routines: Determine and establish office procedures to streamline operations.
  • Communication Management: Coordinate the flow of information within the team to facilitate effective communication.
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Source, screen, and hire qualified candidates; manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Administrative Support: Answer phones, handle electronic inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service to employees.
  • Document Management: Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems for accurate record-keeping.
  • Supplies and Inventory: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to support daily operations.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on HR policies and procedures; schedule and confirm appointments as needed.
  • Correspondence and Documentation: Type, proofread, and distribute correspondence, forms, and other documents as required.

Requirements:

  • Completion of secondary school or its equivalent is required – related college courses considered an asset;
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar HR role;
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and recruitment practices;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office) and experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems);
  • Strong English language skills and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and management;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Compensation:

  • This is a full-time, permanent position with at least 30 hours of work per week;
  • The remuneration will be set at CAD $45,000.00 per annum; overtime rate applies after 44 hours of work per week;
  • Location of Work: 7111 Syntex Drive, 3rd floor Mississauga ON L5N 8C3
