Job Opportunity:

QuikHire is seeking a dedicated and innovative Learning and Leadership Development Program Coordinator to design, implement, and oversee programs that strengthen employee development and leadership capacity. The successful candidate will play a key role in assessing training needs, building effective learning frameworks, and delivering initiatives that align with organizational goals. This is a professional-level position suited for individuals with proven expertise in program coordination, adult learning, and leadership development.

Job Duties

As a Learning and Leadership Development Program Coordinator at QuikHire, you will:

  • Research, design, and implement leadership and employee training programs to strengthen organizational capacity.
  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate workshops, seminars, and online learning sessions.
  • Assess training needs through performance data, employee feedback, and industry best practices.
  • Prepare policies, frameworks, manuals, and learning resources to support leadership development.
  • Monitor and report on program outcomes, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with managers and executives to align training with succession planning and workforce strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational, professional, and regulatory standards in learning and development.
  • Promote employee engagement and leadership readiness through targeted development initiatives.

Employment Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in learning and development, training coordination, or program administration.
  • Knowledge of adult education methods, policy development, and leadership training principles.
  • Excellent research, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an asset.
