We are a warm and caring family located in Burlington, Ontario, seeking a reliable, nurturing, and experienced Child Care Provider to care for our two school-aged children, ages 6 and 9.

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and organized Home Child Care Provider to care for two children (ages 6 and 9) in a private home in Burlington, Ontario. The ideal candidate will create a safe, nurturing, and educational environment while supporting the children’s daily routines and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and care for children in the employer’s home

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals

• Assist with personal hygiene and social development

• Help children with homework and school activities

• Organize games, outings, and recreational activities

• Tend to the emotional well-being of children

• Maintain a safe and healthy home environment

• Keep records of daily activities and any relevant health information

• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties

• Travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision

• Discipline children according to parental guidelines

• Assume full household responsibility in parents’ absence

Requirements:

• Language: English

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role

• Work Setting: Employer’s home (non-smoking environment)
