Job Title: Retail Sales Supervisor

Wage: $23.08 /hour 

Offered benefits: none

Terms of Employment: Full-time, permanent (32-40 hours peer week, start date: as soon as possible)

Job Duties:

• instructing, advising, guiding and educating staff
• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• Manage cash
• Conduct performance reviews
• Assisting retail sales employees in meeting their targets

Employment Requirements/work experience:

1-2 years of experience, High school certificate
