We’re looking for passionate individuals who value craftsmanship, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Job duties:

• Develops conceptual landscape plans and detailed designs, writes reports, letters and memos
• Make recommendations on materials to be used in landscaping projects/prepare specifications;
• Provides cost estimates for landscaping projects.
• Actively participates in meetings; discussing proposals
• Performs site visits for progress and deficiency checks.
• Participates in design group strategic planning and decision making.
• Assisting in preparation of specifications
• Cost estimates
• Providing contract administration services
• Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.

Skills:

• Ability to effectively use AutoCAD, InDesign, Illustrator, and Word software, Excel, outlook applications.
• Ability to estimate time and material requirements, costs and prepare specifications covering design work.
• Ability to work independently and to function effectively in a team environment, determine priorities, work on several projects at once and meet prescribed deadlines.

Education requirement

• A diploma from an Institute of Technology in Landscape Horticulture or a related discipline plus sound related experience

• CAD$35.00 per hour.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday with.
• 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
• 40 hours per week
