Kitchen Supervisor -Wok and Roll

1. Job Description
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Establish work schedules

2. Requirements
• Completion of Secondary School
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent communication skills (English proficiency)
• Flexibility, Team player, Effective interpersonal skills
• Able to work flexible days and hours

3. Job Details
• Location: Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal – 1 Ferry Causeway, Delta, BC
• Terms of employment: Full-time/ Permanent (35 hours/week)
• Start date: ASAP
• Salary: $16.00 per hour
