1. Job Description

• Aid the employer in directing and monitoring the entire restaurant operations
• Plan, determine, and implement new policies and work procedures for better food service, handling, and safety
• Supervise hiring and training new kitchen and counter workers
• Establish staff schedules, shifts, and posts and evaluate their performance
• Set budget and prices for individual food and beverage items, while monitoring sales, wastages, inventories, and sanitation of the establishment
• Conduct customer service to resolve complement, and implement feedback for quality control in food products, services, and adherence to health and safety regulations
• Arrange contacts with ingredient suppliers, repair workers, partners, and food deliverers to enhance the efficiency of the restaurant business operation
• Report to employer periodically about operation status and records

1. Requirements

• Completion of College
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in food service or hospitality industry
• Excellent oral communication skills (English proficiency)
• Effective interpersonal and leadership skills, flexibility and team player
• Work under pressure and in a busy environment

• Terms of employment: Full-time / Permanent (40 hours / week or 8 hours / day)
• Start date: ASAP
• Salary: $26.45 per hour
