Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor

Faith Sanctuary Pentecostal Church is looking for a serious, reliable, and available cleaning and maintenance supervisor to work as part of our faith-based community.

Job Description

Responsible for preparing work schedule and coordinating job duties; assisting in hiring, training, and supervising cleaning staff (casual and full-time), volunteers, and individuals requiring community hours for high school or probation; assisting with organizing the arrangement of furniture and equipment in preparation for special events; organizing the arrangement of repairs and renovations;  assist in maintaining budget and inventory records;  supervise all building maintenance and assist with cleaning duties;  available on weekends and early morning; on-call during periods of high cleaning and sanitizing demands.

Job Requirements

• High School completion
• Minimum two years experience as a building caretaker with supervisory duties or a cleaning supervisor
• On-call, early mornings and weekends
• Ability to work under pressure and carry out physically demanding duties
