What we are looking for
We are currently looking for a proven effective Sales General Manager to join and lead our team for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have years of experience in leading successful sales and business development strategies with some knowledge of automotive and retails industries.
Your day-to-day duties include:
The individual in this position will be expected to implement sales and trade policies that would benefit Autohaus Rims and Tires’ project management and business consulting service delivery and would be able to perform the following:
- Work together with the Board of Directors and shareholders in assessing current buying and sales procedures, both local and international, and establish gaps and rooms for improvement;
- Establish objectives, both short-term and long-term, including leading annual sales plans and budgets for procurement of items and equipment for reselling/restocking;
- Determine which sales procedures have problematic KPIs and establish and formulate policies to address these;
- Allocate financial and human resources towards policies that support effective sales practices and maximum efficiencies among its employees, both contractors and in-house;
- Oversee establishment of on-site sales and procurement departments for each location that will handle and enhance relationships with sellers and manufacturers, and to some extent, analyse supplies and pricing trends;
- Overall management and maintenance of standard delivery procedures and market expansion of sales channels using e-commerce procedures that match company’s goals;
Location of Work:
You will be working from our location at 98 Rutherford Rd. S, unit 1B, Brampton, ON, L6W3J5. You may be asked to travel around the GTA for emergency maintenance, if needed. All expenses will be paid by the company.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or related discipline;
- 5 years of experience as Sales Manager in the retail and wholesale industries;
- Excellent understanding of sales and procurement procedures in the automotive service and parts industry;
- Excellent English language skills, other languages will be considered as assets;
- Ability to travel across Ontario;
What we Offer:
- This is a full-time permanent position!
- Starting rate is $120,00 annual for at least 35 hours per week
- Overtime will kick in after 44 hours of work per week at $98.90
