Job Description:

Bastel Contracting Corp is looking for a candidate for the position of Rope Access Technician (RAT).

We specialize in Building envelope, and we are looking for a self-motivated professional with relevant experience.

 Job Duties:

• Inspection Reports
• Leak investigation
• Caulking installation and Re-re
• Concrete Repairs
• Exterior painting
• Pressure washing
• Other duties related to Building Envelope at height or high angle

Qualifications / Skills

• Hold current SPRAT / IRATA level 1 certification
• Hold fall protection certificate
• Swing stage, boom lift experience are assets
• 1 + year of experience with building envelope
• Have a strong work ethic
• Show initiative and be a team player
• Be punctual and reliable
