 Job Description

We are seeking to hire a Business Development Officer to help expand our products and service offering. We are moving towards opening and operating other locations for Dhruvees and The Seoul Station restaurant concepts  and we are in discussion to proceed with offering franchise services for both brands

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, commerce or any other related field
• Minimum three (3) years of work experience – preferably in the Restaurant, Hotel or Tourism or Sector
• Strong English communication (written and oral)

Role of the Position

• Develop a program to promote the Franchisees of two brands – “Dhruvees” and “The Seoul Station” within the target markets that are already identified
• Design market research questionnaires for the four cuisines that come under the two brands
• Conduct social surveys on regional and areas across Canada to assess development potential and future trends
• Plan development and promotional sampling activities with representatives of the various retail consumer brands that we work with to business associations and government agencies
• Respond to inquiries from members of the business community and general public concerning development and Franchisee opportunities
• Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers
• Evaluate customer service and store environments
• Plan and develop E-commerce strategies
• Provide consultation on planning and starting of new businesses.
