As we continue to expand, we seek a dedicated and experienced Food Service Manager to join our team and oversee our franchise stores nationwide. In addition to our franchise operations, Walz Group Inc. serves as the Canadian Importer of Tapioca and substitutes, prepared from starch, in flakes, grains, pearls, sifted form, and similar forms.

Position Overview:
As a Food Service Manager – Franchise Store Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in consistently delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service within our franchise network. You will supervise and support franchisees, maintain operational standards, and drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise, train, and support franchisees in all aspects of store operations, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of franchise stores, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvement plans when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Collaborate with franchisees to develop and execute business plans that drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Conduct regular store visits and inspections to maintain consistent quality and service levels.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on industry trends and share best practices with franchisees.
• Work closely with the corporate office to communicate franchisees’ needs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Participate in the selection and onboarding of new franchisees.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Food Service Manager or similar role in the food industry.
• Strong understanding of franchise operations and management.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data, budgets, and P&L statements.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
