Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional that will help us communicate our services to our prospective customers. In this role, you will be overseeing all facets of marketing for the business. You will need to identify trends and opportunities, understand ecommerce logistics and fulfillment needs and develop marketing strategies accordingly.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement short and long-term sales and marketing strategies by collaborating with partners and sales team.
  • Build, implement and assess reporting metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Keep up-to-date with marketing trends and requirements to ensure marketing strategies comply with the latest practices and standards.
  • Coordinate with internal team and provide support to all online marketing strategies and prioritize projects and recommend ways to increase traffic to website with incorporation of best tools and assist to maximize revenue.
  • Manage various internal data sources and web analytics tools to enhance customer experience and assist to increase web presence of company and monitor company website and recommend changes required.
  • Provide leadership and role modeling to create a work environment where employees are empowered, engaged and motivated to be superior performers.
  • Build organizational capability and lead a high-performing team to drive results through effective engagement, coaching, development, and performance management.
  • Responsible for hiring, growth and development of the role, function and applicable departmental roles to support the business objectives and strategy.

 

About You

Experience/Education/Skills

  • A strong team player, comfortable working within cross-functional teams in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • A reliable marketing strategist with a track record of designing, implementing, and adapting strategy.
  • Extensive experience leading digital and print marketing.
  • An analytical mindset, experienced in data-driven decision making.
  • A reliable project manager, with a proven ability to deliver on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Ability to build and maintain constructive relationships, with strong negotiation skills.
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to drive projects independently.

Experience: Marketing: 3 years (Required)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
