ABOUT THE POSITION

Working with the board of directors, the Employee and Talent Resources Director will be developing and implementing policies and programs aimed at organizing senior and middle sales managers across Ontario. The ideal candidate will have experience working with both contract and full-time employees and will value diversity and inclusion in determining policies designed to achieve the company’s long-term goals.

POSITION DETAILS

The individual in this position will be required to formulate policies and mandates to further advance Rego International’s interests and organizational development.

Key undertakings of the Employee and Talent Resources Director include:

  • With the help of the Board of Directors, determine current gaps in human resources procedures and establish policies and strategies that can facilitate fulfillment and contentment among employees and sales coordinators;
  • Allocate financial and human resources towards policies that support diversity and professional growth among employees and contractors;
  • Guarantee safe and professional environment through implementation of approved policies that reflect the company’s values;
  • Oversee establishment of regional sales departments, including selecting senior and middle managers who can assist in maximizing overall efficiency of all employees;
  • Coordinate work of all departments and integrate development processes and other inputs that can be used in further improving solutions and business perspectives;
  • Ensure that corporate compensation and benefits policies remain competitive and attractive to ensure low turn-over rate and to prosper in-house promotion;

REQUIREMENTS AND CREDENTIALS

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology (BA preferred)
  • 5 years of experience as Employee and Talent Resources Manager, preferably in the wholesale and trade industries
  • Excellent experience working with both in-house employees and contract workers
  • Excellent English language skills, other languages will be considered as assets
  • Ability to travel across Ontario on a regular basis

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Full-time and permanent position with lots of room to grow!
  • Annual salary starting at $110,000.00
  • Travel expenses will be paid by the company
  • 35 hours per week with flexible work options (Work-from-home and in-person available)
