1. Job Description

• Direct and coordinate the overall activities of construction and installation for residential and commercial properties
• Utilize knowledge of insulation, painting, installation, roofing, tile setting. equipment repairs, and machining to plan the most optimal materials and layout for each project
• Organize and supervise work schedule and duties of other subcontractors, apprentices, and workers in the team
• May participate in hiring and training of new laborers and subcontractors
• Send reports and consult with clients and partners to provide construction service of the highest quality and most ideal compatibility
• Contact suppliers to acquire necessary supplies and materials for the project.
• Conduct maintenance checks routinely to ensure the installation and operation are running successfully.
• May manage his or her own contracting company for the above-mentioned services

2. Requirements

• Completion of secondary school is usually required
• 1~2 years work experience

3. Job Details
   
   • Location: Kelowna, BC V1W 4N2
   •   Terms of employment: Full-time / Permanent (30~40 hours)
   •   Start date: ASAP
   •   Salary: $35.10 per hour
