CAPITALTEK provides Managed IT Services in Computer Services, Cloud Services, Network Services, and VOIP Services. Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, the demand for Cloud Services has increased due to the high number of persons working from home. We are therefore working towards implementing the Britrix24 CRM system in our offered cloud services.

CAPITALTEK is seeking an Engineer who has experience in setting up, migrating, working with Bitrix24 and other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems who speaks both English and Russian for best communication with the Bitrix support team.

Should you be hired for the position, your job duties will be to:
• Plan and implement Bitrix24 CRM Requirements for clients
• Configure Telephony feature in Bitrix24 CRM
• Implement Email feature in CRM and testing
• Develop custom modules for Bitrix24 CRM depending on client requirements
• Document existing business IT processes in documentation software
• Provide support and resolve technical issues in Bitrix24 via ticketing system

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum three years of work experience in developing, implementing, and setting up Britrix24 CRM system
• Knowledge of other CRM systems is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
