WE ARE LOOKING FOR NEW TEAM MEMBERS

At this time, we are looking for an experienced and trained Marble Setter for a full-time permanent position. The ideal candidate would be a great team player and would be willing to work under pressure.

Job Duties include:

• Work under direct supervision of Site Manager
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, measuring, and marking prior to installation
• Mix, apply and spread mortar, cement, mastic, glue or other adhesives using hand trowel
• Cut, polish, and fit marble or granite and ensure they follow approved specifications
• Install marble or granite slabs and other natural stones using hand tools and other equipment
• Remove and replace cracked surfaces, if needed
• Smooth marble or granite surfaces
• Perform post-installation clean-up and finishings
• May assist in preparing estimates and material orders

Our Requirements:

• At least a high school diploma – any training certificate would be a great asset
• 1-2 years of proven experience as Marble Setter
• Good knowledge of European intricate patterns (quarts, marble, granite, etc.)
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually
• Good English language skills

What we offer:

• $32.00 per hour for at least 30 hours of work per week
• Overtime rate of $51.75 will apply after 44 hours of work per week
• Work Location: Client sites across the Greater Toronto Area
