CAPITALTEK provides Managed IT Services in Computer Services, Cloud Services, Network Services, and VOIP Services. Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, the demand for cloud services has increased due to the high number of persons working from home. We are therefore working towards implementing the Bitrix24 CRM system in our offered cloud services.

CAPITALTEK is seeking an experienced User Support Technician to join our team as we work to implement and improve the Bitrix24 CRM system.

Job Description

Should you be hired for the position, your job duties will be to

  • Communicate electronically and in-person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
  • Reproduce, diagnose, and resolve technical problems encountered by users
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
  • May supervise other technical support workers in this group.

Job Requirements

  • Required languages: English and Russian
  • Education level: Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • Additional skills / Assets: Knowledge of Bitrix 24 CRM and or other CRM systems is a plus.
  • Willing to travel, Valid driver’s licence, Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding
