Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone who possesses the ability to assume the role of a leading position in Retail Products Sales that will result in an increased sale of our multiple retail brand products. As the Retail Manager, you will keep up with current trends, train an effective sales team and implement marketing strategies based on sales analysis in order to increase sales and attract customers.
Role of the Position
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for each of our retail brands
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competition
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold based on the geographical location of each store
- Source and negotiate with current and potential vendors who are based locally and internationally
- Plan departmental budgets, authorize expenditures and monitor all retail revenues
- Evaluate and improve customer service and assist with responding to customer requests and issues
- Manage sales staff and assigned duties
- Assist with recruiting and supervising sales staff including volunteers and casual staff
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or sales and marketing preferred, or any other related field.
- Minimum three (3) years of work experience in sales
- Strong English communication (written and oral)
