Food and Beverage Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Food and Beverage Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage service. The successful candidate will manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain inventory levels, and ensure the establishment complies with all health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage staff and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure that the establishment is properly stocked at all times
• Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations
• Create and implement schedules for staff members
• Maintain records of sales and expenses, and prepare reports as required
• Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure that the establishment has access to quality products at reasonable prices
• Address customer complaints and ensure that any issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the establishment operates smoothly and efficiently

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a food and beverage service management role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale software
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of staff members

Hourly rate: $26.06

Working hours: 30-40 per week

Vacation: 14 paid vacation days

Work location: North York, Ontario
