Job Title: Line Cook
Wage: $20 / hour
Offered benefits: extended health and dental care plan available after 6 months (50/50 split between employer and staff); percentage of tip payout
Terms of Employment: Full-time, permanent (40 hours per week)

Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook pizza, pasta, poutine and donairs
- Keep records of stock (food, supplies, equipment)
- Monitor and order supplies
- Supervise dishwashers and other kitchen helpers and kitchen operations
- Ensure kitchen is kept clean and tidy
- Assist with the hiring and training of new kitchen staff
Employment Requirements/work experience:
Secondary school, 1 – 2 years work experience in a commercial kitchen
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work under pressure, extended periods of standing, fast-paced environment
