Job Overview
Salary – $27.30 hourly / 35 hours per Week
Terms of employment – Full time & Permanent employment
Start date is as soon as possible during Day, Evening, Morning
Languages – English
Education – College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience- 7 months to less than 1 year
Responsibilities
-Schedule and confirm appointments
-Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
-Answer electronic enquiries
-Order office supplies and maintain inventory
-Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
-Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
-Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
Computer and technology knowledge – Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Office
Area of specialization – Correspondence
