Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff.
Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations.
Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and support.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
