Juferdz General Services Inc. is a trusted provider of construction and renovation services, known for delivering high-quality workmanship to both residential and commercial clients. We are currently seeking two Carpenters to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about construction and eager to grow their skills in a professional, hands-on environment.

Main Business Location:

72 McMurchy Ave North, Brampton, ON L6X 1Y2
Client sites located throughout the GTA

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct, install, and repair wooden and other structural components in residential and commercial projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building plans to determine specifications and layout
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials using hand and power tools
• Install and repair framing, flooring, walls, staircases, doorframes, and other key structural elements
• Ensure quality workmanship while maintaining adherence to project timelines and client specifications
• Operate tools and equipment in compliance with safety regulations and site protocols
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site at all times
• Collaborate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure project coordination
• Perform related carpentry duties as required to support overall construction goals

Qualifications:

• Completion of secondary school
• Minimum 7 months of experience in general construction (carpentry, construction labourer, helper, or related roles)
• Familiarity with basic carpentry tools and techniques (e.g., saws, drills, hammers)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials and working in varying weather conditions
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Good English communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly wage at $36.00, for a minimum of 30 hours per week
