JOB OPPORTUNITIES
Currently looking for 3 Concrete Forms Carpenters to join our growing team! Position is full-time and will require the successful candidates to work with a team of construction professionals. The ideal candidates will have excellent experience in general construction and carpentry in the landscaping industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements;
- Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools;
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials;
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems;
- Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, moulding and hardware;
- Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments;
- Supervise apprentices and other construction workers;
- May prepare cost estimates for clients;
REQUIREMENTS
- No degree or diploma required;
- 2-3 years of experience working as Concrete Form Carpenter;
- Ability to work on various projects and locations across the Greater Toronto Area;
- Ability to handle heavy loads;
- Experience working in commercial and residential settings;
- Good English language skills;
COMPENSATION
- Full-time permanent position;
- 40 hours of work per week guaranteed;
- Hourly rate of $25.00 – $35.00 depending on experience;
- Overtime rate applies after 44 hours of work per week;

- Main Address: 51 Roysun Road, Unit #8, Vaughan, Ontario, L4L 8P9
- Location of Work: Client sites across the Greater Toronto Area
