The Curry Pot Indian & Nepalese Cuisine Ltd. located at 3007 30th Ave, Vernon, BC, V1T 2C1, is looking for 2 Indian Style Cooks with at least 1 year of cooking experience.

• Prepare a full line of authentic tasty Indian specialty foods (appetizers, tandoori meats, breads and full selection of curries)
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Clean kitchen and work area

Full time, Permanent position

Salary: $17.00 /hour 40 hour work week

English language

Education: high school

Experience: 1-2 years in a similar position

Skills requirements: Previous experience with preparation of Indian dishes and thorough knowledge of Tandoori cooking techniques is required
