Job Description

The Recruitment Specialist plays a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring requirements to onboarding successful candidates. The Recruitment Specialist collaborates closely with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process that aligns with company goals and values.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
  • Provide information or services, such as employee assistance and counselling
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements
  • Collect and screen applicants
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • Review candidate inventories
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions
  • Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
  • Recruit and hire staff

Job Requirements

Languages

English

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • College/University diploma or degree in Human Resource Management and/or Leadership
  • Experience in the Information Technology industry required
  • 3 years of experience in a similar position
