Duties and Responsibilities
Direct and oversee the daily operations of the car wash facility.
Evaluate daily business operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
Plan, organize, and coordinate daily operational activities.
Develop, implement, and monitor workplace policies and procedures for staff.
Prepare and manage operational budgets while overseeing inventory and supply levels.
Coordinate and manage advertising and marketing initiatives to promote business growth.
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate employees to maintain high performance standards.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
