Job Duties:

• constructing, installing, and repairing structures such as walls, floors, and roofs in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
• Installing ICFs (insulated concrete foundations)
• Overseeing and supervising other contractors and tradespeople on the construction site
• Framing and building foundations, walls, and partitions for new construction or renovation projects.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and building codes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively to cut, shape, and finish materials
• Performing renovations and repairs on existing structures, including structural and cosmetic changes
• Laying flooring, roofing materials, or siding as part of new builds or renovations

Employment Requirements/work experience:

• Completion of secondary school
• 3-5 years work experience
