Education: Secondary School Graduation Certificate
Work Experience: 2-3 years
- Prepare and proofread electronic correspondence, invoices, paycheques, information brochures, fliers and other marketing materials
- Welcome and guide company visitors and solve their immediate enquiries
- Participate in administrative meetings and keep minutes of meeting
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, vendors and other external agencies
- Perform data entry, compilation and statistical analysis for management decision making
- Take telephone calls, respond to all the electronic queries in timely and professional manner
- To Identify and solicit potential businesses to expand company’s client base
- Organize client files both hardcover and electronic formats
- Organize the office, keep machinery in working order and train other employees for its usage
- Other administrative duties as assigned as per company needs
