Work Experience: 2-3 years

  • Prepare and proofread electronic correspondence, invoices, paycheques, information brochures, fliers and other marketing materials
  • Welcome and guide company visitors and solve their immediate enquiries
  • Participate in administrative meetings and keep minutes of meeting
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, vendors and other external agencies
  • Perform data entry, compilation and statistical analysis for management decision making
  • Take telephone calls, respond to all the electronic queries in timely and professional manner
  • To Identify and solicit potential businesses to expand company’s client base
  • Organize client files both hardcover and electronic formats
  • Organize the office, keep machinery in working order and train other employees for its usage
  • Other administrative duties as assigned as per company needs
