Work Schedule: Day, early morning, evening, weekend, overtime
Job Requirements:
Language: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people
Work Setting: Office Building, Cleaning Service company
Work Condition : work under pressure, tight deadlines
Work Environment: confined space, odors, dusty, dirty
Personal Suitability: Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills , flexibility, good judgment, reliability
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hire and train or arrange for training cleaning staff
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Recommend or arrange for additional services required
- Assist cleaners in performing duties or may do cleaning duties as well
- Coordinate work activities with other departments
- Establish work schedules and coordinate activities with other departments
