Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor

Job Description

Skotidakis Goat Farm is seeking two Food and Beverage Processing Supervisors to join its team. The Food and Beverage Supervisors will work to minimize hazards at all stages of food production and ensure productivity and quality.

Job Duties/Tasks

• Minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process
• Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
• Prepare production and other reports
• Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.

Job Requirements

• High School Completion
• English or French communication
• At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position
• Must be flexible, have good judgment, be organized, reliable, and be a team player
