Machine Operator – Dairy Farm

Pinehedge Farm manufactures and produces organic dairy products. The farm prides itself in caring for and keeping healthy cows that maintain an organic grass-fed diet, which in turn helps to produce quality and organic products.

Job Description:

We are looking to hire a machine operator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. As a machine operator, you will assist with operating machines for the processing and packaging of our dairy products. In this position, you will carry out the following duties:

• Set up and adjust food processing and packaging machines
• Operate machines to process dairy products
• Operate machines to package goods
• Check products and packaging for quality defects and to ensure company standards
• Clean machines, work area, and perform machine maintenance
• Maintain shift lof of production
• Other tasks as assigned

Employment Requirement:

• Ability to work as part of a team
• 1 to 2 years of experience as a machine operator in a similar setting
• High School completion
• English language ability
