Requirements

Education

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

• 1 year to less than 2 years of related experience

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare production and operational reports

• Supervise workers and ongoing projects (team of 3–4 employees)

• Coordinate and schedule daily shop activities

• Recruit, hire, and support staffing actions

• Train or arrange for staff training

• Requisition/order materials, equipment, and supplies

• Establish efficient work methods to meet production schedules

• Coordinate activities with other work units to ensure smooth operations

Work Conditions

• On-site position (work must be completed at the physical location in Surrey, BC)

• Team supervision: 3–4 employees
